Hello families and students,

I am humbled to serve as the principal of Fountain Gate Secondary College. As a child of migrant parents and a graduate of the public school system, I know firsthand how education can transform lives. I value the diversity of our community and believe that every student has unique strengths and the potential to succeed. Education is a great equaliser, opening doors and creating opportunities for every student.

At Fountain Gate Secondary College, we focus on learning that matters. Students are encouraged to be curious, thoughtful, and actively engaged in their learning. We combine challenge with support, high expectations with care, and work closely with families, the community and organisations to make learning purposeful and relevant. We make it our priority to know every student as an individual and create an inclusive environment where all can thrive.

My staff and I are committed to success for every student. Success can take many forms, such as a university degree, TAFE, an apprenticeship, a traineeship, or starting work, but every path is full of opportunity. We will ensure every student reaches their full potential, equipped with knowledge, skills, and confidence, ready to explore, grow, and shape a future full of possibilities.

At Fountain Gate Secondary College, we walk alongside every student, helping them discover their strengths, interests, and aspirations, explore options, and follow a path that is theirs. Every student has a place here to learn, grow, and thrive, leaving ready to make a meaningful impact in their lives, their communities, and the world.
